Linda Ann Taylor, NP is proud to offer you a unique 4 week session to learn to meditate.

We meet in small groups once a week for 4 weeks.

Each week we teach you something new about meditation practice and its benefits to you and your health.

You will participate in a different form of meditation each week, so that at the end of the session you will be able to choose the method that works best for you.

Each class is held in a comfortable and relaxed environment with plenty of opportunity for you to interact with the leaders and other students.

Throughout this session we encourage you to meditate at home on a daily basis if possible. By doing so you will experience both group and personal meditation. You will then "feel" the difference between the two and know which setting suits your needs best.

Request your name be added to the list for the next session.
Wear comfortable clothes. Some of you may prefer to sit on the floor.
Fee for the 4 week session is collected in full at our 1st meeting.
